Are the AI authoring tools included?
Yes. AI-powered authoring for computer-based training, exams, and evaluations is included at no additional cost for platform customers.
Can we use iCAN if we already have an LMS?
Yes. iCAN Academy tools can export SCORM-compliant content for use in an existing LMS, while iCAN can provide the competency and readiness layer around it.
What content formats can we bring in?
The platform supports existing content such as SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, AICC, MP4 video, policies, procedures, and other standard formats.
How is competency data used for benchmarking?
Specific company results remain confidential. Only anonymized data contributes to broader industry benchmarks, helping leaders compare capability without exposing their workforce’s individual results.
Who owns the content and data we create?
